Well I got my blog back online, yea! I’m a little tired of all the hacking and stuff that goes on in cyber space. As if it isn’t hard enough to get things running when you don’t have hackers hitting your site. Oh well. Anyway, glad to be back online and I’ll try to see how long this can keep up.
Sorry November is half over and I’m just now getting this posted. This is Jeri from the November 2009 SBT Bikini Team Calendar. HAPPY TURKEY DAY EVERYONE!

This is a series of images from an older photoshoot that I did back in 2005. The images were originally going to appear in Easyriders but the magazine ended up deciding not to use them. I recently needed to get some images from this set, so while I had the images out I thought I would share them.
I told you I would get the Pawhuska story and images up in the not too distant future, and here they are. Hope you enjoy reading and looking at the images as much as enjoyed attending the party. Enjoy! -Darryl
If you do something right, people will notice. Up in northeast Oklahoma, in the town of Pawhuska, they’ve been doing it right for 30 years now. Long before the biker boom started in the 1990’s, way back in 1979, a rally was born. Rally? Actually this is a great, old fashion biker party and is often referred to as simply “Pawhuska”. After all you don’t really need a fancy name for an event when the event speaks for itself.
“Pawhuska” started back in 1979 with the hard work of then and now rally organizer, Nelson Carter. Nelson is as colorful and entertaining as the rally. Part Indian, former NHRA drag racer, and Osage County Independent Biker, Nelson works each and every year to put on a great biker party. These days, Nelson has help from 3 generations of the Carter family putting the rally on.
If you are going to throw a biker party, you better have plenty of bike games, great live music, vendors, liquid refreshment, and plenty of ladies willing to show off their stuff. “Pawhuska” had all of that for sure. Bike games included the slow ride, double up slow rides, wieny bite, keg roll, a kick start contest, and several other miscellaneous contests thrown in for fun. There was also a bike show, and a tattoo contest with many categories for both the guys and the gals.
Live music was proviced by Eden Crow and Judge Parker. Both played some great tunes that the biker crowd loved.
If you are going to have a good ol’ fashion biker party, you need plenty of gals around to take off their tops and show their goods. “Pawhuska” wasn’t short on topless women running around, and Saturday night the party was topped off with the Ms. Pawhuska Contest. That may be the formal name, but informally, everyone simply called it the “Skin to Win” contest. And by the time they got down to the final 3 contestants, the contest lived up to it’s name. All three contest finalists were standing up on stage wearing nothing but a smile as the crowd cheered and yelled for their favorite.
So get out your google maps, your mapquest websites, and your GPS’s. Mark you calendar for Sept. 2010 and plan a trip to Pawhuska. Once you get to Pawhuska, just follow the other bikers and the noise. Once your there, let your party gene take over and have a good time!

Here it is, the October Graphic! Tanya from the Strokers Bikini Team. Enjoy!

This event is this weekend at the Texas Motor Speedway. Although this is basically a car show, I thought I would post a reminder about it here on the Blog site. I’m also putting up a few images from the Lone Star Nationals last year.
If you would like to go, you can purchase tickets online at www.good-guys.com

I’m trying to get out of town today, and yet, here I am posting to my blog…. now that’s dedication! (Either that or I have A.D.D. or my friend in H-town doesn’t get off work till later, lol.) No matter the reason, here is Rick Fairless’ Strokers Dallas Pam Anderson bike. He built this bike a little over a year ago so maybe you have seen it already. I needed it for a shoot the other day so I took these extra shots for you to enjoy.

I had a great time last weekend in Pawhuska OK. at the biker party. This was the 30th year for this biker event. It takes a lot of hard work to pull off an event, even for just one year. These folks have been making great times for 30 years!
I met some really great people up there and they were all terrific (I didn’t tell them I went to UT, lol) As soon as I complete going through all the images I’ll make sure I post them here for you and give you more details about the party. You’ll want to put it on your calendar for next year to attend! Below is a picture of Nelson Carter (the party organizer) along with a total of 3 generations of Carters (Nelson is in the red cap). Well done Nelson!

Every now and then I’ll post up events that I am planning on attending. And today is one of those days!
The great thing about DFW is there is always something going on. Well here are a few things that you may want to put on your calendar. Joe Bob Briggs says, “Check Em’ Out!”
